Nestle USA Professional Job Search is very nice and user-friendly. Most of their telecommuting jobs are located in their Sales Department. That's the bad news, the good news is that there are a lot of them. The search page has convenient scrolling boxes that allow the job hunter to indicate the state, region, division and the job function. It then has a Key Search box -- but, forget the search box -- it doesn't provide reliable results when you are looking for "work at home" jobs.

Instead, select the REGION you wish to work in and click the "Perform Search" button.

You will find a nice list of jobs in a easy to read table. Look under the LOCATION column. The jobs with "Office in Home" in the box are the telecommuting jobs.
